Internet not working

No internet connection, all lights are on modem except internet light. I have tried to phone support and online chat and both say currently unavailable.

Can you confirm if the lifhts of the NTD (black box) are all 4 solid green?

I also suggest you to download myTPG app on your mobile, likewise you can lodge a fault if service still no up
