No internet connection since this morning 10am

Hi, I have faced internet connection issue, the internet suddenly disconnected sice this morning at 10am, I tried all the reset, restart, checked line, nothing helps. Can anyone help me with that please?

Hi, I have done what you asked me to do, unplug everything and put back in, still no internet. the connection sigh for FTTC is still flashing.
