Internet outage

We have no internet since 08.00 am this morning. Is there any work being done about this? All I have was an SMS sent by TPG at 10.17 am.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: Troubleshooting No Internet Connection


In your case, a local power supplier has advised nbn of a planned electricity interruption that has affected the NBN network yesterday, 30/09/2020. Some customers experienced a loss of service to their phone/internet but all has been restored now.

Remote testing showed that your modem is working now and has an internet access.
