Get online support
Hi we are moving house in 3 weeks so wanted to get in early and advise of new address for NBN relocation before we move.
Due to Covid no one could take my calls via phone so they advised I register online which I did - but instead of confirming a date of transfer they went ahead and relocated to our new place and have disconnected my current home internet which we still need for working from home for the next 3 weeks before we move.
I have called I have sent emails and have tried chatting online but cant get any help!
Any help appreciated

Thanks Karl - yes they have advised it should never have been installed without confirmation of date/time - and are looking to reactivate our current home internet asap - if you could advise if/when this has been followed up would be greatly appreciated
