Internet service down???

I'm not able to connect to the internet since 7pm. Is something wrong with the service apart from the poor connection lately?

Running the diagnosis on my modem gives me a FAIL on Test PPP Server Connection.

Is something wrong on the Sans Souci area?

I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided,
