Due to internet drop out I have upgraded nbn intnernet from NBN50 to NBN100. But still I am getting speed only around 24 to 30 Mbps which is not promised speed.

I just completed a remote speedtest on your modem and without asking anyone to stay off the Internet for the duration of the test I had the following result.

I noticed in the picture you sent us that you are doing your speedtest via Wifi.
Obviously alot of factors can effect WIFI.
Can you connect to your modem via Ethernet to see if you get a similar result to what I did.
