Im moving to my new address this week and i havent been able to get a hold on TPG via phone or email.
Ive submitted a moving home request throught the my TPG app last week and still havent heard anything back. i need this sorted out ASAP
I can see NBN is ready to connect, at the new place.
I can see the existing NBN box (ARRIS BOX) inplace.
Please make sure current tenants cannot take it with them, its property of NBN and Dedicated to specific adress only, even if they take it with them it won't work, and it will delay your installation process.
By the time I will get relocation team to contact you.
Relocation team will contact you once someone available, As I replied earlier, Make sure at your new adress, NBN box in place.
so relocation can be done remotely without any tech visit
