Internet speed, post code not match

Hi there, I have been present issues with my internet speed and also I can not get in my account because I can not reset the password because the post code is not match so I just ask for help because I have been pay currently for more that 2 years for a poor service so I need to fix it as soon as possible. The speed show me 0.2 mbs of uploading and less that 5 mbs of downloading so it look not right
