Terrible Download Speed

I have only been getting between 1-3MB / s when I am paying for 50MB/s. Usually at night I receive anywhere between 25-50 MB/s but recently the speed has been terrible. I contacted TPG and they said that they would call me in 3-4 hours which would be 10:30pm at night which is a little inappropriate. Looking for assistance/ answers....
