All of a sudden my NBN connection has gone from averaging 20-40mbps to <5mbps and I am getting drop-outs. I now have to hot spot from my ipad as the connection is unusable.
What can be done about this?
Is it likely a modem issue or a connection issue?
I know the provided modems are pretty bad, one of my previous ones only lasted 6months, But this one is only 4months old.
