Internet suspended

I missed my bill and internet cut off. Paid it off yesterday and they can't allow me to use it anymore. It's still suspended and blaming the system reset. This is frustrating as I work from home.

Hi @bridgetndoora ,

 

Thanks for raising this to us. If the service is still not reconnected after settling the payment you may try to perform a reboot after 15mins.

 

If the issue still persists, drop me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so I can proceed with further investigation.
