We're able to locate your account using your community details and we've seen that the issue with the service has been raised to our Engineering Team. Initial finding shows that there has been a fault to the Network controlled by Telstra.
At the moment, Telstra advised us that they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 01/Oct/2019. Your attendance is not required.
