How long is it going to take to fix the internet outage. I’m working from home. This is just not good enough service

If you are being affected by an outage, you can check our service status page at https://www.tpg.com.au/support/servicestatus.

 

You can also send me a PM with your TPG customer ID or username and I'll check your service status.
