Interrupted connection

I called this afternoon and had to wait half an hour, the consultant ID’d me then needed to transfer me. I was cold transferred to an empty line that dropped out, I have now just spent the last 4 and a half HOURS on the phone waiting to speak to someone and I am beyond furious. I have missed it on an entire day of working from home because my internet connection keeps being interrupted. The same issue was had yesterday where I have had issues with you as my internet provider. This needs to be fixed immediately because I am missing out on earning money for a living!
