Could anyone tell me how to access my account without an Australian mobile number? I want to login using my username and password.
Could anyone tell me how to get through to the call centre....I can't seem to get through.
Could anyone help me cancel my account please without using the app or the call centre?

At TPG, multi-factor authentication is used when a customer contacts us to access or change personal or account information. This is to help ensure someone isn’t trying to access your information or make changes to your account without your permission. At this point, MFA via SMS is the only way to log in to your account.
