Issue with internet connection at home, keep dropping out

I hope I could get some support on this matter, internet keep dropping out, sometime it drop out and not working for 1-2 hours, then sometime it works for few days or could be few weeks. I have tried to power off both modem and wifi router, but it still not working. Somehow after an hour of battling and it is back to life. It is really annoying for the consistent issue happening. Even i check the internet speed - it show 85mbps on the laptop, but both my laptop or ipad all devices unable connect to the internet.
