Issue with speeds - Capped at 9Mpbs on FTTB M plan

Hi folks, 

 

I've been unable to get speeds over 9Mbps today and for the best part of the evening I've been around 2Mpbs. http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/eada1160-b473-11ea-b3b1-8d2e27c229b8

 

I called up technical support and after waiting on hold for 24 minutes, someone decided they didn't want to speak to me and hung up my call. 

 

I'm on FTTB M plan and have been told to expect better speeds than this. 

 

Please can someone help me resolve this as it impacts my work.
