Issues with failed outgoing and incoming emails

Hi there - I am experiencing an increase in email bouncebacks via my tpg email address resulting in me having to resend via another service. The error I recieve is mail-daemon "delivery to recipients failed permanently".

I have also had a number of incoming emails to my TPG address bounce back.  I have attempted to "white list" these address in my webmail settings but the address filtering field has a message "postoffice.tpg.com.au refused to connect".

Grateful for any advice on how I can solve this issue.
