As the title suggests, I have issues with internet conectivity when the weather is windy or raining. I assume the weather is causing either an interference or causing a disconnect. I have had a technician have a look at the connection but they visited on a day when the weather was perfect... then told me there was no issue with the set up and connectivity.
Is there any way I can resolve this issue without having a technician come in and have a look?
Or should I call again and have them look at something specific?

2. Wireless dropouts, this issue only affects the device(s) connected via Wi-Fi which can easily be fix by doing adjustment to the modem/router's settings.
3. Dropouts caused by ongoing outage in your area.
