I have just had my service connected and have been experiencing slow speeds. I am only roughly 600m from the exchange so speeds should be a lot quicker (heatmap advises around 15,000-20,000kbps) but I am only experienced 5,000-8,000kbps.
Can you please review and advise a fix.

Have you tried to run a speed test using Laptop/Desktop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable? If yes. Kindly post the test result in this thread.

Initial test results your service is connected for 4d 15h 42m. I refreshed your connection from our Network. Kindly, Run another speed test on your Laptop/Desktop via Ethernet cable and see if there is an improvement with the speed.
