I've been trying to get in touch with the Moving Home department for the past 4 days, whether it's through the Live Chat,, or the "help" line. But no one's answering my calls, emails or even live chats. I've waited on the live chat page for 6 hours everyday the past 4 days, and it's been an absolute nightmare. The live chat is riddled with error messages, and the 3 times that I managed to connect to the queue, the chat box wouldn't work and I couldn't send my messages to the tech support. They would close off the chat after 3-5min and then I'd have to go back to the back of the queue and wait another 3+ hours. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. HOW CAN YOU CALL YOURSELF A TELECOM/TECH COMPANY IF YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THE BASICS RIGHT??!!! definitely moving my business elsewhere. I've wasted an entire week of my life just trying to figure out a very simple question. TPG you need to get your ** together.
