What is it with the waiting time? We have been without internet for almost 5 weeks and this is the third time we have had internet issues since joining with tpg. Each time we call the issue took two whole weeks to solve. I cant even cancel my plan without waiting a whole week for an email. Why can't you be more eager on follow ups for customers? Please tell me I can get this solved ASAP !! I am done waiting.
