Hi @robbysyd ,
Could you post the screenshot of the speed test result using the mobile data vs. using your TPG service so we can use this as a comparative tests.
Regards,
Hello Shane.
Alright here you go. I did this via speedtest app (I usually use Speedtest CLI via Linux/FreeBSD and Windows since its more stable but since you need 5G I used my app).
SPEEDTEST SERVER: Singtel @ Singapore.
Here is my Telstra 5G at 7:47 pm at peak time (attached file "Telstra 5G Hotspot.jpg"). I hotspot this via my work phone since it has Telstra 5G. Funny how a hotspot via another phone is faster than my broadband.

Here is my FTTP TPG directly via my router. (attached file "TPG FTTP.jpg")
Checkout the test URL here: https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/9295636302
Also funny how ping via 5G is BETTER than my FTTP TPG. Nice routing.
Impressive isn't it TPG? Nice work!
We got it. This has been coordinated with our Engineering Team, assessment may take 24-48hrs, you will be updated via SMS/Phone call or Email as soon as fault update becomes available.
