Been having issues with internet dropping out frequently for about 10 days now.
Keep phoning (what a joke) and being told NBN going to look at issue.
Son works from home (programmer) and his company is now getting a bit pissed off with him.
What can I do to remedy this?
We'd like to have a better understanding of the situation and see what we can do to resolve this ASAP.
