Hi

 

I have a TPG email account & am trying to log into my account but it says my password is incorrect (even though I know its not). I try to reset my password but its asking for a Customer ID and Postcode - I dont these detaisl as i only have an email account, so i dont receive any letters in the mail. 

 

How can i reset my password another way?

Hi @HolliePalmer ,

 

Customer ID and postcode are required to reset the password. Since you do not have these, it is best to contact our accounts team directly at 1300 993 011. Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 10 pm.
