Hi   I have a TPG email account & am trying to log into my account but it says my password is incorrect (even though I know its not). I try to reset my password but its asking for a Customer ID and Postcode - I dont these detaisl as i only have an email account, so i dont receive any letters in the mail.    How can i reset my password another way?    Thanks  ...
