An LOS led would normaly indicate low or no fibre optic level, can you take a pic of the rear of the router to show what you've got connected. Check that the fibre cable hasn't been unpluged or kinked. A sharp bend in the fibre will greatly reduce the signal level so check it isn't jammed against the back of a TV/AV cabinet for example.
