Tonight my internet connection failed and I haven’t been able to restore it. I have an Arris cm8220 nbn modem and the downstream light keeps flashing. No upstream or online light is on. I have tried factory reset but no luck. I have been on hold with TPG for 2hours, no-one is answering despite it being during contact hours (7.30pm Monday). Getting very frustrated as I need the internet for my work. Any help appreciated please.
