Low NBN download speed after upgrade from nbn 50 to nbn200

Hi TPG Support,
I have a problem with the speed connection, I have changed my plan to home superfast 200mbps download speed on 29th August 2021, but I only received the speed between 45Mbps-53Mbps on my 5g wifi connection, and 19.2Mbps-31Mbps download speed for the normal wifi. I even did reset the modem as well after TPG sent me the sms told me that the problem has been fixed. But still same thing.
