Malvern East NBN Outage

No internet for two days. NBN Connection Box has power on but upstream, downstream and online lights are all flashing. Powered both the Connection Box and TPG router several times. Still no connection.

But of course NBN co and TPG say there are no outages and nobody will answer the phone at TPG - as always.

To check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage. No outage affecting your service, we have identified that the issue is with the network controlled by the NBNCo. The issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team for investigation and assessment. Updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.
