Mobile Cancellation Support

How can I talk to someone about this? My mobile phone has been canceled, the response time is about 48 hours to email and I cannot make calls on my phone because it has been canceled! I just keep getting prompted to call the number WHICH I CANNOT DO as my phone has been canceled.
