I am have been trying to track my modem delivery all day. The delivery service StarTrack have explained that they don't have it as it is still at the TPG depo and hasn't been booked for pick up.
I have phoned TPG twice and explained this and on both occasions I have been given different information that is not accurate with what StarTrack have told me. Including the advice 'it is scheduled to be delivered today so just wait and see if it comes' This is despite StarTrack stating it won't be because they don't have it. Can someone please contact me and explain where my modem is & when it will be delivered as clearly that isn't happening today as stated.
