Hi,
Modem keeps turning off and turns back on but internet doesn’t come back on. I have to physically keep pressing it off and on to turn the internet back on.
Please provide me with a new modem? I tried to contact you guys through messaging support on the app but messages aren’t being delivered and it was been 3 months with this problem. I keep paying for something that isn’t working and cannot get through to anyone for help.
