Modem replacement & slow internet

Hi TPG,
Good day!
The NBN technician has come yesterday to our house to check the problem, Apparently, the internet line and NBN is okay, but the Modem router is not okay and therefore advised us to replace the Modem router itself and he said, he already send the issue to your office about the Modem router replacement, Could we ask for replacement for this, please. Because since last week we don’t have a stable internet connection, It’s dropping badly and sometimes no internet connection at all, please. We may ask your help for this. Please 🙏🏻
