Modem won't connect- beeps every 3 seconds

Hey TPG Community,
Please help, I'm going insane with this beeping.
I've had my internet connected for at least a month, with no issues. Yesterday I got up and there was no connection available, and the modem beeps every 3 seconds as if it is trying to connect. I turnt it off for the day & only turnt it on at 10pm to see if that would get it back up and running. It's now almost 9pm the next day, I've been on hold to tpg for 35 minutes and i don't expect someone to answer with 5 mins left of their shift. I have tried to use the "chat with me" option on the website and it will not let me submit a chat, and there is no chat feature on the app currently!
I have tried unplugging everything & reassembling, I've tried turning it off & on again, I've tried resetting it and nothing is happening.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP THE BEEPING IS SENDING ME CRAZY
