I want to move my service to a new location unfortunately the web page does not work as the tutorial shows

I already have a TPG modem, and in the web page, I need to purchase a new one, on the other hand, TPG will send the modem to the old location, furthermore, I can't fix the address.

 

The chat is impossible to obtain a response, and when personnel finally answer it, never helped me, the explanation is to be the process in the web page and cut down the chat. It is highly frustrating.

 

The new payment was done automatically , but I don't have service.
