Hi,
I have requested to relocate my TPG NBN service to a new address, and have only had one response where I needed to verify my new address and if I had a modem etc. Can you please let me know how long the response time is (as I have still not had a reply) and when I can book in an installation date/time for the new address, as I need internet for essentail work purposes.
