Hi,

How can we contact moving home team to install TPG NBN at our new place? Chat support doesn't work I tried many times.

Do you know how long it will take to some one from TPG contact me? How can I follow up if no one contacts me? It's about a week that we moved to our new place without Internet. Really appreciate your support as we work from home and really need Internet at our new place.
