Hello,
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the support team with no luck.
I will be moving out of my current unit on Wednesday 6th May and would like to transfer my internet connection.
I’ve also tried to submit the request online but I’m being asked to to pay $179.94 (which includes 1 month in advance that was already charged on my credit card at the end of April and $20 digital voice prepayment) while the advertised price on the website is just $99.95 for the installation.
Has anyone been able to get this sorted? I’ve been spending hours on the phone trying to talk to the support team but I can’t get through to anyone.
This is getting really frustrating.
