My NBN 50 upload speed 0

I had issue with upload speed with my NBN 50 (see below screenshot).  It sometimes got fixed with a restart of the Internet Wireless Router "Archer VR1600v".  Had some research about the issue.  It seemed like a common one.  I have also tried to look for the latest firmware for it (current FW version '0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190228 Rel.72265n') but was unable to locate one.  Can someone help?
