Hi, I arranged online to have my current plan transfered to new address, I did ask for it to be connected at new address on 20th November. I got an email from NBN sales stating connection should be completed in 2 days. I need internet still at current address and do not want it disconnected here until 20th November and want new connection on 20th November. What is happening?
