Please explain the $330 charge fee? I am changing address and need to transfer the account from my previous address to the new one. I was not aware of the $330 charge until I got notice from your email the payment was declined. For me to proceed with internet connection can you please explain what the charge is for. As there is already NBN connection and ports available at the new property.
