Get online support

Internet won’t connect

I have checked to see if there has been any outages in my area and there isn’t yet my connection has been intermittently dropping out for the last few days and now it just won’t connect at all. I have tried turning the modem off for 5 mins but still nothing. I have tried to lodge a fault and chat to tech support on the TPG app but I can’t click on the submit button as the phone keyboard won’t move and the screen won’t go any higher. I am trying to work from home and I’m getting extremely frustrated at not being able to contact someone! Can someone please contact me so I can get this rectified. Thanks

Testing in our NBN portal has failed.

 

I have created a fault ticket for our engineers to investigate and someone should contact you in 24-48hrs.

I have PMed you your fault reference number.
