Hi, I just requested a new installation on the 16th of July - very late notice I know; my mistake.
I'm moving to an address where I was told all the infratructure is in place for FTTB.
Can I check what the likelihood of having my service activated on the 16th will be? The current status is "processing payment". I'm able to provide my account number if required.
