Moving home with NBN (rental) no progress

Hi all,
We have requested to move our Internet services on the 9th of July and still we do not have any progress, when we check our account it does not even mention about our request.

We are bringing the same modem and router from previous rental property to the new one, we have connected and no internet connection is available.

Could you please assist us in this matter? as my wife and I, we are both working from home. (We are in Victoria)
