Moving home

Hi
I am going to move home.
And I use moving home menu online to submit a request. After I input the new address, it said It seems I have an active nbn service with another service provider. Nbn service transfer are not supported at this time.
So what does that mean?I only have nbn service with TPG.
What am I supposed to do?
