We've edited your post as it contains a personal information. We must first determine the service available on your new address, so we can confirm the time frame of relocation. If the new address is NBN ready, it takes less than 10 working days but can take longer for some cases. Whilst if ADSL2+, relocation takes 5-20 working days. It is best that you PM to us your new address, preferred callback number and time, so we can arrange a callback with our Moving Home Team to assist you in organising the service move.
