Hi @mgriffiths80 , you must leave the NBN Connection Box as it is linked to your old premises. If there's a need for us to send a new one or a technician to install it at your new place, you will be advised.
For us to look into this further, please PM us your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account.
