Moving house

I'm planning to move my house on 8th May 2020, because of current pandemic situation I already initiated the moving home process with tpg. But I'm not getting any response on chat/phone.
I have emailed on the relocation email address as well not sure if my request is taken or not.
I am currently working from home so it is very important that on the same day I should get connected to internet when I move.
I tried the online moving house link but I'm in apartment and have tpg FTTB and moving location has NBN so online request is not supported in my case.
Can someone please help me with the same?
