Hi, i already moved to new address and I also check the location of the new address, its said nbn is available, my question is when is the moving house team going back to work? And at this time do I have to pay for the monthly fees? While Im not using it at all?

If you can get through to someone, ask them for a refund (based on the number of days you are not using the service). Hopefully you can resolve your issues sooner or maybe wait until COVID dies down and everything goes back to normal. Smiley Happy
